After a careful selection of the Aragonez and Castelão grape varieties (from the more than 40 years old vine) arises this irreverent and vibrant rosé. With strawberry and currant notes, it presents a seductive and involving finish. Its natural acidity and excellent volume reflect the freshness and authenticity from the Lisbon region.
Clay-limestone soil, originally from the Jurassic period, with clayey and loamy texture. Soft slopes with southern exposure.
After receiving the grapes in order to prevent skin maceration the grape must be immediately separated and cooled to 5ºC. After five days in the lees and two days of decanting, gave the grape must fermentation from the Aragonez and Castelão castes at low temperatures.
Serving Temperature: 8º - 10ºC
Nose: Young and fruity aroma, with strawberry and currant notes.
Mouth: The taste is soft, fresh and mineral, related to the Atlantic influence. Strawberry and currant notes with an involving ending, revealing itself very gastronomic.
Goes well with: Salads, seafood, white meat dishes or as an aperitif.
